You can do what i did and decide you are ok with not having one, then bam!!! Pregnant. Oh but be careful because with one, it seems to make everything work the way it should. Took us 4 years to get pregnant with our rainbow baby, her brother was born 19 months later🥰.
A change in my diet helped me get pregnant. It took us 4.5 years to finally have a baby. I dropped 20 lbs and bam, pregnant. You do have to be aware so much more can cause this. Including stress. I was doing my best to know God had his hand in my life, that is was his time not mine. <3
Best advice track your ovulation, the days your ovulate and have sex when you are done put a pillow under your hips and keep yours keys in the air for about 10 minutes helps the sperm! I did this and that is how i had pregnant with both of my sons!
Start eating healthier, take your vitamins and exercise regularly. Worked 4x for us.
Stork!! We tried for 4 years and nothing. Used it once and was pregnant!!!
After THE DEED IS DONE YOU STAND ON YOUR HEAD FOR TWENTY WORKED US
Being its been over a year, you should have your SO get a semen analysis done and see your GYN for a fertility issues consultation. He could have low to no sperm count or you could have a blockage in your tubes. Those things will not be known without medical testing. Good luck.
If you took the covid vax then you are sterile now. If not, there could be a lot of other reasons too but at least all the others are fixable.
Take prenatal vitamins.
Prenatal vitamins, go check fertility for you both
Try this. I was trying for over two years and used this once when i was ovulating and bam! Also heard stories of it working on other women. Also, make sure you are ovulating bc that could be the issue as well! Good luck!
Honestly, hang out with pregnant women and babies♡

My sis told me how and it worked twice! They day I started my cycle I counted days forward. On the 13,14,15th day I had intercourse. Ended up pregnant both times I did this.
I used the trying to get pregnant tablet’s. Increased my folic intake with my foods and be healthier with drinks etc… Tried to reduce my stress levels and to not try and over think about it. Good luck
Yes you might want to see a reproductive endocrinologist to rule out some stuff. Also, they might want to check your significant others sperm analysis. Also do research on ovasitol and see if it will help…talk it over with your doctor. Def track ur ovulation too. This can help you find your peak moments!
Honestly, from personal experience, go to a fertility specialist. They will run tests on you and your partner to make sure everything is working correctly. We did lots of medications that didn’t work, 4 rounds of IUI, and 1 IVF- put 2 embryos in and had 1 healthy baby. A year later I was pregnant on my own not even trying, with twins.
Before the specialist we tried everything all the “tricks” people say help but nothing worked. It’s a hard time but in the end it’s all worth it. Good luck!
Losing weight can increase your odds of getting pregnant…don’t overdo it of course, but that’s what I’ve been told
If you’ve been trying for over a year to get pregnant with no success you need to see a doctor.
After a year of trying you need to see a doctor to rule out any issues.
Know when your ovulation window is and have some drinks.
Like a lot of people have said maybe see a fertility doctor but a few tips I used. Track your cycle on paper. Write down 1-35 starting the day of your period every month. If you have any ovulation symptoms write them down. Mark 2 weeks from the date of your period and start paying attention to your body. See how long your cycle is. You’ll eventually figure out when you are fertile.
I’ve always heard prenatal vitamins help. Helped 2 of my friends
Quit trying…just have fun.
