Keep them up right at least 30 mins after feed. Smaller feeds
Smaller feedings and then propped up. Nothing really else you can do. They are too little for any sort of antacids. And gas drops don’t really do much(at least in my opinion)
Talk to your pediatrician. If home remedies like positioning or swapping bottles isn’t working, they can prescribe anti reflux meds.
Both my last 2 babies had horrible silent reflux and we put them on reflux medication to help. They eventually out grew it.
