How to get rid of lice?

I posted about lice treatment earlier, I didn’t mention I have an 8 month old baby and I’m currently breastfeeding.

Is it still okay to use tea tree oil??! On me not the baby!

Tea tree oil is perfectly fine. I’ve actually seen moms use it directly on their babies for bad cradle crap.

I would ask their pediatrician but if so mix a small amount into their shampoo

Also had lice with young kiddos this year. The all natural stuff even the tea tra oil didn’t work for us they kept coming back so I would definitely call and ask the dr

I used tea tree shampoo and conditioner from sallys. Never had it again once i started using it.

Tea tree is for prevention. It DOES NOT kill the lice if you already have it. :person_shrugging:

Check out lice free spray or conditioning treatment. I used it on myself and my 10 and 3 year old…
I had a 3 month old at the time. The baby didn’t get it and the lice free stuff didn’t have that chemical stuff in the air.

I heard vegatable oil works too
