Has anyone else had a split bum after giving birth? I was constipated a week after giving birth to my son and have been having problems ever since! Hes now almost 9 months old!! I have been to the doctors and been prescribed creams and pills but nothing seems to work! Next step would be surgery which i dont want!!! Any advice?

Physical therapy! Go to a reconstructive surgeon they will do test and they will have a physical therapist there.
