Anyone have advice on loosing weight while breastfeeding? Everyone in my life is on the shots or getting weight loss surgery and it’s really hard on me to see everyone else loosing so much weight so easily because 1 I’m dealing with postpartum depression and 2 I’m so uncomfortable in my body.
