Hi mamas so my question is this, how did yall loose and keep the weight off after stopping breastfeeding? I stopped a couple months ago and it’s all coming back… I exercise I eat healthy but it’s just not wanting to go away. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA!

I cut back carbs,pop, only drank water. And the gym if you can’t go to the gym then exercise dvds

Following. I’m ebf but on bc because of pcos, so I’ve gained 16 lbs since delivering.
There are so many different things going on post partum. It can take 2+ yrs for the body to return to a ‘normal’ level. If you aren’t seeing ANY results you can talk to your doc about it, they may check some hormone levels. Small steps are positive steps!! Good luck!
Low carbs, no pop, and I have been doing the slimfast smoothies they actually taste way better than the regular pre made ones !
