Hey so I’m interested in a diet for Weight i have had seven pregnancy and I have gained a lot of weight over the years I have High blood pressure that I developed with my fifth pregnancy and it has not went away but but my doctor have been able to lower my medication because I’ve been getting better with my blood pressure but she also recommended that I lose anywhere from 50 to 60 pounds she said not to rush it take my time but make it a goal to lose weight it would help my blood pressure so my question is what diet or exercises have you all tried that have been successful for y’all and do any of you you do intermediate fasting I’ve heard good things and bad things about doing IF
