Also think that figuring out your metabolism type helps. It’ll tell you your ideal % of fat, carbs, and protein. After I tracked my “healthy eating” for a week, I figured out I’m getting WAY too much fat and not enough protein.

You need to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthier, drink lots of water, exercise at home if you cant get to a gym. Nothing comes off fast remember that, you have to work for it

Just water and high fiber foods

Try intermittent fasting. You eat food for 8 hours and fast for 16. I usually eat from 12-8 and then fast overnight. Google it, it’s easy. I lost 7 lbs my first week. I also cut back on the carbs and sugar. This is the easiest diet to do because your not starving yourself.

Getting bloodwork to check for deficiencies is not a bad idea too. If you are low in certain things, could be contributing to fatigue and tiredness. Cut sugars and carbs, watch your calories, drink LOTS of water, and exercise. I am at my heaviest now at 6mpp but I’ve had a big weight loss in the past and I followed all those rules. Now I’m working on it again!

Doc told me walk more, eat smaller snack sized meals throughout the day instead of large meals, and flush with water. I’ve lost 15 lbs of baby weight this way

Walk every day preferrably before your evening meal decreases appitite and kick starts metobism for evening digestion and use of calories vs storage. Fresh air, good sleep, better mood balance!

Do lots of walking n eat veggies! I gained 90lbs I was 196lbs at the hospital! when I was pregnant with my son I got down to 145lbs by walking swimming drinking lots of water n eating right

If you are still breastfeeding please do not start any weight loss program or you risk losing your milk supply.

Drink lots of water, cut out unnecessary carbs, eat 5 small meals a day, lots of veggies and fruits, and exercise!

Just make sure you burn more calories than you’re taking in. Fill your diet with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. The only healthy way to lose weight with the highest rate of keeping it off is just having a healthy diet with exercise. I lost over 30 pounds this way after having my daughter. Also, be prepared to lose 10lbs a month at the absolute max.

I’ve been doing 21 day fix and losing weight.

Lazy keto and intermittent fasting. I’ve lost nearly 20lbs since starting back in March.

Losing 1 to 2 pounds weekly is considered a healthy rate if weight loss, try to not to expect more than that. Most people who loose weight find the highest rate of success when they combine a healthy diet with exercise. If you cut out things like soda, sweets, and candy along with filling your plate with colorful veggies, lean meats and complex carbs should be sufficient.

Low to no sugar/carbs.

I recently started eating healthy and exercising and in just 2 months I lost 23 lbs. I joined a gym and I make sure I go 2 or 3 days a week. For years I struggled losing weight but it was just me not being active enough… increase what you do physically and you’ll see results

Plain and simple healthy diet and working out. I don’t eat a restricted diet, I just eat healthy because I enjoy healthy food. 5-6 days a week at the gym and I’m back to my pre baby weight in 5 months

I went to a local slimming world group. Was quite easy was never hungry. Lost weight pretty quick but I struggle to keep it up so once I hit my target i tend to go back to my bad habits. I’ve no self control in the long run lol

I recently googled food addiction and I fit 7 out of 8 signs. I decided to make an absolute list. I have 5 items on there, am adjusting to that then after a few months I plan on doing a low calorie diet. Weight number is whatever, I am focused on healthy foods that will keep me here longer on this earth with my son. I truly believe it will also lead to natural safe weight loss and if it does great!

Half cup apple cider vinegar , 14th cup orange juice 3 tsp honey, I lost 35 lbs

Keep moving! Keto is dumb. Just cut out sugars and snacks. I lost 20 lbs in 9 months.
