Fresh lemons in water makes you feel full! So drink some before a meal and it’ll help you eat smaller portions :slightly_smiling_face:

Download a fitness app to help you keep track of everything you out in your mouth.

I did carb counting instead with high protein I cut out any drinks with sugar and I limited my carbs to 14 a day

Lose it app! Easy to use, and helps keep you accountable.

I stopped carbs and sugar for 2 months. It was the HARDEST thing ever, especially since i love chocolate and im a pastry cook. Only buy what you are suppose to eat. Out of sight out of mind. If you dont buy it at the grocery store dont eat it. Cook your meals and stick to it. After a few days i finally realized if all i have is healthy food then thats all you can eat. No runs to the store or sneaking and snacking

Myfitnesspal app! It helped me successfully keep 120lbs off! All you do is log your food & workouts. It really helped me see what I was eating & how much. How to find better options & keep me positive. Now I use the app to gain weight.
Just try to find healthy options. Like frozen broccoli or chicken breast. Reduce your plate size! Switch to whole grain pasta or bread. Don’t forget to have treat! Yes eat 1-2 cookies or a slice of pie w/ice cream every week or 2 times per week.
Bake your chicken instead of fry. I could go & on. But you have to change the way you eat & your life. I hate the word diet! Its a lifestyle change not a temporary thing or you’ll gain weight right back.
