I heard Madeline moves is amazing! I know many people doing it and are on better shape than pregnant! I plan to sign up! My cousin had twins and has been in tip top shape since six months postpartum!

It’s only been 6 weeks! Give your body time… Your body just got done creating a life… Just enjoy that new baby at this time.

Keep moving, proper diet, hydrate, exercise, consistency, patience

Breastfeeding! My Peloton bike and Vega protein and greens… And whatever else I wanted to eat. Good luck!

Give yourself a break. You just gave birth. You can start eating healthy, drink lots of water and exercise at home.

I’d be going to a physio and getting your pelvic floor checked and also checked for abdominal separation before starting any work outs

Breastfeeding has gotten me down to 5 pounds from my pre baby weight
I try and do a 20 minute walk a few times a week

For low impact look up Floor Barre
And YouTube New York City Ballet Work Out

Nice and simple but works your whole body

Breastfeeding got me 15lb below my pre-pregnancy weight!

Breastfeeding. I lost almost 45 pounds in less then six months because I breastfed

Give yourself time  I compared myself to other people (including celebrities) and only made myself miserable. I started taking long mall walks in the AC with the baby and had fun window shopping. I also wore a binding tank top thing (that rolled up a lot at first) but as I lost weight they would stay put. It offered much needed back support and tucked in my belly (looked better than I felt.) It took me almost a year to lose all the weight with the first child and was about 6 months with the second. Be gentle on yourself.

Beachbody or if you have Amazon prime yoga or pilates. I lost my baby weight this way for my kids 1 and 2. I had baby number 3, five months ago . I am currently using this method again but staying more hydrated and on a consistent schedule. I get my kids involved too.
