How to lose weight?

Hey Mamas!
I am 22.5 weeks along with baby boy #3 & I am concerned about my weight.

The baby seems fine, but I am much larger now than I was with my past two pregnancies & I want to make sure I am staying healthy!

Any suggestions for healthy snacks, meals or excersise routines?

Convenient snacks is what’s helps me. String cheese, pepperoni slices, pickles, oranges, apples, bananas, nuts, baby carrots, healthy cereals, Lavash “Bread”(its a huge tortilla with VERY few carbs)
I’ll cook extra veggies at dinner so can heat them up and snack later if sweet isn’t what I want.

Every baby is diffent gained to much with oldest not so much the next few times around make sure u and baby are getting what you need now if you plan to nurse it wont be hard to take off after.

Fruits && veggies! Along with what you’re craving ! Forget about your weight for now, baby’s weight is what matters !

U can talk 2 ur OBGYN and request a nutrionist and she can tell u different meals and stuff thats healthy for u and the baby ur carrying

Nuts, fruit for natural sugar, stay away from hamburger meat. Milk shakes with the fruit is my favorite snack. Yogurt.

I got the biggest with my third too. She’s 6 months old. This is what I look like now. I kept the same diet after having her. I am 33. ( Plz pay no mind to my daughters room, she has the best mirrors in the house but the messiest)

Work out and try not to over eat! It’s normal to be bigger then your last. Iv gained a little over 20lbs so far and I’m almost 30 weeks along. Your going to gain weight being pregnant it’s normal. But working out may help you feel better about yourself and keep you in shape it’s been working for me. My first pregnancy I didn’t work out and gained a lot. This time I’m staying in the gym and it’s made me feel a lot better this pregnancy. I feel in much better shape then my last pregnancy even though I have gained 20 plus pounds. You loose the extra weight so quick breastfeeding at least I did. I wouldn’t worry too much I know it’s hard. I feel you.
