Does anyone here struggle with Crohns Disease?? My fiancé has it and is struggling hard but we don’t like medication and we’re more of a natural remedy type family. Does anyone know what vitamins to take that are on the more natural side to help reduce symptoms for it?

My mother has it and is not on medication. She just watches what she eats .
