Coco butter oil, lots of water. Don’t be scared, they’re beautiful and totally natural part of growing a tiny human.

Nothing will prevent them. They’re genetic. You can soften their appearance. But try to embrace them. They really are beautiful.

Eucerin cream also can help  it’s really really thick lotion that’s good for your skin

I use a body wash that has coconut milk and vitamin E in it (get it at walmart) and I also use Nivea in-shower body lotion. *Vitamin E is found to had beneficial effects on skin like acne and scars, annnnnd stretch marks

I’d also continue to use your favorite moisturizing lotion and massage it on your belly twice a day, morning and before bed really well.

Keeping your skin hydrated and moisturized will be your best bet to avoid the stretch marks :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: In the case you start to see them appear, just embrace them mama! :heartpulse:

Mainly genetics controls weather you get them or not but what helps:
-water intake. Drink a lot of it.
-weight gain. Obviously not a lot you can do here but try to stay away from sugary fattening foods that aren’t healthy for you.
-vitamin E moisturizer.

Coconut oil.
Don’t be afraid!
Thats your little baby growing in there just a simple small thing you’ve gotta deal with to get the most precious gift! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Bio oil. I rubbed it about 6 times a day from 4 months. 2 pregnancies, no stretch marks on my belly. I forgot to rub it on my boobs, I have stretch marks there and old stretch marks left from puberty, so I’m definitely prone to them

It’s genetics so technically no

I did everything to try to prevent them and I got them. I just rock them now.

Don’t get pregnant :joy: I didn’t have any until the last couple of weeks, and I used coconut oil every day, they will fade so much afterwards though!

Drink a gallon of water a day, stretch marks are from the inside out… take DHA with fish oil from the health food store too

Just get em.
I call them my baby ink.

Love yourself at any stage.

I do not know why you’re worried about stretch marks. It comes with having a baby. And you should be proud of those smarts because what you created

There is nothing you can really do to prevent them but you can treat yourself with coco butter for it helps them not be so severe. I’m proud of my tiger stripes every time I look at them I’m reminded of how blessed I am and what an amazing body I have for creating another human :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::heart:

I used baby oil on my belly. At night. And used stretch mark cream everyday

Nothing works to prevent them. Some women just have the genetic ability to have stretchy skin and not get stretch marks. But MOST woman get them. If they don’t show up on the stomach, it will be the breasts, thighs or butt/hip area. They are nothing to be ashamed of.

Cocoa butter/oil helps morning and night I never got any from pregnancy really but everyone is different

For gosh sakes you might want to rethink having this baby if you cant handle a few stewtch marks :woman_facepalming:

My doctor told me when I was pregnant if you are going to get them then you are going to get them. She said I could use any cream I wanted but it wouldn’t stop them

I put coco butter lotion on when I was pregnant and I didn’t get them with my kids

l Get paid over $108 per hour working from home. l never thought I’d be able to do it but my buddy makes over $15346 a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The possibility with this is endless.

They are hereditary. You can use lotions, oils and creams but if it’s in your genetics then it’s unavoidable.

Some people get them and some don’t.

It’s like they are a badge of motherhood.

You can use cocoa butter a couple times a day to help prevent them.

I do hope if you get stretch marks, that you will look at them as something special.

It’s genetics. Why are you scared to get them? They don’t hurt.

Genetics, major weight gain/major weight loss can cause stretch marks. No amount of creams can get rid of them but will lighten them(same with time…over time they will lighten in color).

You are beautiful no matter what your body looks like. You have to learn to love yourself no matter what. You cannot prevent stretch marks. But you can have a beautiful baby that will make every single one worth it. Take it from a mom of four, who has got to the point of not giving a fuck what anyone else thinks of me. My husband loves every inch of me.

Lots of lotion can help minimize and ease the itch from them, but ultimately it’s a genetic thing. If your mom has them then likely you will get them too and there’s no stopping it. They do fade over time though. I don’t like them but i accept that there’s nothing i can do about them so i don’t stress about getting rid of them.

Don’t be scared. You’ll be even more beautiful with them.
But… if you’re up to it, I recommend drinking lots of water (it’s great for skin and the simplest thing to do). Use a good cocoa butter lotion every day.

Coco butter bio oil helped with mine just always be putting lots of moisture on ure body that is the only thing that can possibly help minimize them but no matter what you do you will have some

Many will tell you that if you do get them it’s genetics. I’m here to tell you, everyone woman in my family has them. (My mom is a middle child of 9 children and I have 14 female cousins) I am the only one that has zero stretch marks. I am also the only one that did something about preventing them. Get the lotions, the creams. Do the reseach. They are preventable. Like yourself I was terrified of getting them. Saw my mom once without a shirt when I was a kid. :frowning: Scared the tar out of me! Made me weap for her. I thought someone had cut her all over and they were horrific scars. :frowning: I started wearing lotion daily that very day! And have ever since. If you do, I promise, your skin will be so much happier for it. I am now 58 and look 15 years younger than most women my age. Putting lotion on every day literally only takes about a minute of your time. Spend that minute caring for your skin. <3

Scared?!? They don’t hurt

I had four babies and my mom told me not to scratch. I rub my belly with alcohol and just pay my belly if it itched. Didn’t get but a few faint stretch marks after four kids

I always recommend this lotion. 5 pregnancies, no stretch marks! I put it on every single time I felt dry or itchy, I put it on every morning & every night

Dont scratch your belly , if its started itching, use soft hair brush to scratch your tummy, i have 2 kids, age 17 and 6, no stretch marks.

Exercise certain creams/lotions

My mom has them, but I don’t I used vitamin e couple times a day. 2 kids and no marks

I was told by my Dr that there is no way to prevent them from happening. Some peoples skin has more elasticity than others.

Why scared? They don’t hurt. It’s just skin. They itch sometimes when first getting them. But you can definitely try lotion and such made for it, like cocoa butter and drink lots of water.

Unfortunately it’s genetic so if your mom got them then there is a chance you’ll get them regardless of the precautions you take… I learned that the hard way when my dr told me but I was hellbent on trying to prevent them and spent so much money on creams and oils and it didn’t work at all… after I had my kids the best thing I used was bio oil and that didn’t make them disappear but it lightened them up ALOT! Good luck :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

A mix of coconut oil, cocoa butter and jojoba oil
