Wow. It amazes me how blind we get when we love someone… The obvious answer is leave him. #1 He shouldn’t be messaging other women let alone telling them things like he doesn’t love you… that’s most likely how he REALLY feels # 2 imagine what he does when your not around. Most likely flirts with women in person or maybe even worse #3 you need to value yourself. If he doesn’t love you (which it’s pretty obvious he doesn’t) don’t hold on to that. A man who loves you will appreciate you and show you he loves you. I hope that you get strength and walk out of this bad situation.
