Any tips or tricks for swelling in the legs /feet during pregnancy? Also, I work on my feet all day long so what brand of shoe do you recommend to help alleviate some pain/swelling?
Compression socks! They are a life saver. I’m currently in my third trimester with my second child. They have made a tremendous difference with my swelling and spider veins. I bought mine on amazon but you can also go to any health store and buy them or anywhere online.
Keep your feet elevated. Doctor Scholl’s shoes are good. I got my mom a pair because she is always on her feet and she loves them
I second the compression socks! I worked 45hrs a week on my feet with my 2nd and compression socks saved me.
Elevate warm tea with honey
Cod sketches work shoes with memory foam the best
Ask your doc about compression socks. They can prescribe a specific strength for you and your body type. Don’t take diuretics.
Put your feet up when ever you can. I would always go home put feet in footspa. I live in my sketchers with memory foam in them
Compression socks, watch salt intake, and elevate as much as possible
