please help !! i need an advice …

so i was potty training my daughter a month ago. she was doing good at it she would.even take me to the bathroom so she can pee on.potty she was so excited.
i stop doing to the fact she somehow got scare one day that she didnt make it to the potty. today i tried once again introducing her to the potty she wont pee at all only when she has her diaper on again. i try putting her underwear to see if it works.but she just pee on them and dont care.if she all.pee.
i need help with the training…she doesnt talk yet how do i help her start again. thanks i would appreciate it
