How to stay asleep at night?

Anyone else struggle to stay asleep at night? I cannot seem to stay asleep when I fall asleep and wake up multiple times

I went to a sleep dr. You may need to do the same. I have sleeping pills and I’m waiting on my CPAP machine.

A slow release melatonin. Can get them on iherb

Try magnesium glycinate. Lots of mags out there. Has to be glycinate.

Try a good quality CBD oil.
Not the cheap ones you find in variety stores or corner gas stations.

CBD works wonders for sleep and a multitude of other issues.

Also take
bath or shower, no tv or cell phone before bed it might overstimulate you. Try sleepytime tea at the grocery store, avoid caffeine before bed.

Drink plenty of water through the day but stop about 2 hrs before bed.
Stay away from caffeine after noon.
Get exercise every day.
Don’t nap.
Put your phone out of your bedroom (or across the room if you need the alarm)… out of reach.
Pray before bed and remind yourself that overthinking and worrying serves no purpose at night.
When you’re restless, don’t get up. Stay put.
Keep your bed clean and fresh.
