I had my son at 29 weeks. He was 2 lbs 4 oz. in the NICU for 72 days. He is fine now.
You’re already a lot better off being almost 35 weeks. I wouldn’t stress too much.

Didn’t deliver. Doctor gave a medication that stops the contractions. Made me feel sick…stayed on a week…then induced at 39 weeks
I had my first at 34 weeks 5 days. My water broke at 3pm and I had him at 6pm. It went very fast. He was in the “special care” nursery for 12 days. He was on oxygen & a feeding tube. It was very hard, but we made it. He will be 6 on June 4th, and is graduating Kindergarten Wednesday. Can’t tell he was early.
I would just take it easy. Rest as much as you can. Try not to stress, even if you do have your baby early, I’m sure everything will be okay! Listen to your body. Good luck & congratulations
I had my oldest at 34 weeks and he was in the NICU for 13 days.
I was 34 3 days exactly! And he was in NICU for 6 days and we went home! He was also 5lbs 14oz!! Hes almost 5 now and the best naughty boy I could ever ask for !
Had my firstborn at home didn’t really know I had gone into labor. (18years old at the time) she was stillborn. I was 37w5d I was home alone in the bathtub.
My secondborn I was 38w5d with my son. They stopped my labor TWICE cause I wasn’t dilated enough. Those were at 32 weeks and 34 weeks. Those were very painful. But they can try to stop it if your not dilated enough.
34+2 was 5lbs9oz spent 10 days in NICU had some breating issues, treated with caffeine. is healthy and happy, 5 years old now. Biggest in his class.
I delivered my 1st at 33weeks 3 days 3lbs 11ozs 16in long spent 26days in nicu. It all depends on baby not necessarily weight. They have to be breathing on their own regulate temp on own and all levels in the normal range and everything sounding good as well as taking a bottle on their own. Thats what took my son the longest was getting the feeding tube out and him taking full bottles on his own while breathing at the same time. Also had to pass a carseat test and a sleep study.
Im currently 25weeks with #2 and already in and out of the hospital trying to keep her in as long as possible.
Depends on weight and lungs you won’t know til baby is born lots if babies are born even earlier and are perfectly healthy
Bed rest. No heavy lifting and just taking it easy if possible.
Drink lots of water, stay hydrated might be Braxton hicks. You’ll be ok…
My 35 weeker… no nicu but I had shots to mature her lungs. She was 6 lbs 13 oz but I generally have 10 lbs babys when full term
My sister was born at 28 weeks and she had to have surgery on her digestive system, she has a sensitive tummy but she is okay otherwise. I was born at 35 weeks and the only thing wrong with me is my immune system isnt great, so I have to eat really well and make sure to take my vitamins!

I had my daughter at 35 and 5 and she was in the NICU for a week. They were anticipating her early arrival so they gave me steroids to accelerate her lung development. My best friends brother was born extremely early and he had to stay in the NICU for a awhile, he is now like 13. He has some health problems but it’s never stopped him from being a kid.

They stopped my labor 3 times with each I started going into labor around 30 every time! They can stop it 3x last is MagnesiumSulfate. After that you have a few days and it will come and can’t stop it.
Now, one graduates Thursday. One gets his license Monday and my baby girl turned 14 last week
Had mine at 34 weeks and 5 days, he spent almost 3 weeks in the NICU cause he had jaundice pretty bad and had trouble maintaining his body temp but I’ve than that he was fine he’s 3 now and you’d never guess he was a primi
I just had my son may 5th at 34 weeks and 3 days. He was/is perfectly fine! I had went in 11 days before delivery for contractions and they ran some test and the one to see if I had a chance to deliver soon came back positive so they gave me the steroid shots to mature his lungs and sent me home. 11 days later my water broke and my 5lb 11oz baby was born. We did stay in NICU for a week but that was mandatory for premature babies.

My daughter was born via emergency c-section at 35 weeks, due to me having preeclampsia. She weighed 3lbs 13oz, she spent just a few hours in the nicu. Aside from being small, she had no health issues. We were in the hospital for 4 days. She is now 9 years old and perfect
I was induced at 35 weeks due to high blood pressure, my baby girl never spent a day in the NICU, we were released 48 hours later. She’s 14 now and an unstoppable force to be reckoned with. I wish you the best Mama, everything will be fine.

My husband was born at 30 weeks and stayed in the Nicu for 2.5 months
Had my daughter at 34½ weeks, water broke, she was healthy and happy at 4lbs! No NICU just a night under the billy lights for jaundice

Our great-niece was born March 7 instead of May 31. She weighed 1 lb 14 oz. She had no major problems. It got a little surreal, sometimes, diapering a live human the size of a brick when she was three months old. Or the look on the cat’s face when she chased him under a table and she fit. She is now 33 years old and just fine.
My son was born at 34w. He was 6lbs even at birth and didn’t spend any time in the NICU. He did, however, have to stay in the hospital for 5 days in the nursery due to his bilirubin levels.
