I have a friend that is currently having uterine prolapse symptoms, she is on her 5th pregnancy. what can she do to strengthen her pelvic muscles without over working her body.

She should see a pelvic floor therapist. Some exercises may be done while pregnant, other things will need to wait. Sometimes surgery is needed to tighten up ligaments.

Active the muscle to stop peeing, do as often as possible. Pelvic floor exercises.
Keagels, bridges, clamshells. Highly recommend pelvic floor physical therapy before it can’t be fixed without surgery.

Kegels. You hold the muscles that you use to stop pee for twenty seconds, release then repeat. Same muscles you clench during sex. For really good practice, try holding pee mid flow.

She needs to go see a pelvic floor physiotherapist. If she’s pregnant and truly experiencing uterine prolapse I’d be concerned that doing something without the guidance of a professional, she could do more harm than good to both her and baby.
