How to track what kids do on their phone?

I do not allow my kids to have a phone but their dad insists…what are some good tracking things I can add to their phone os I know what they are doing?

I use Google Family Link for our android phones, I do know Apple has their own version. It tracks usage, apps, internet browsers/ads, and you can lock phone whenever needed or special ring phone if lost.

We use the app 360! It shows their speed too. When they stop somewhere. How long it took etc. zooms right in on where they are. And we have app air tags

Can see where my 14 year old is at all times.

Family link for android, apple phones are not great for parental supervision, you could use app 360 gor both but family link is free & fab but only for androids

I use family link. But if you want to watch their texts & calls set up a text now number using your email. Block the phones texting app with family link. You’ll see their contacts & texts in real time. If they plan to meet someone you’ll know before hand.
