I know. That sounds stupid. I’m 38 and have been a strict pad user my entire life. But I am sick to death of bleeding over my pads and ruining my clothes and bed sheets. So I started to try tampons today and I am having difficulty. My fingers slip on the applicator when I try to insert it. It feels weird too but everyone I have ever heard talk about tampons say they don’t notice them. I don’t even know if I am using the correct size. I bleed pretty heavily to where I have gushing accidents several times an hour. My doctors say it’s nothing to worry about as long as I’m not bleeding through a pad but the spillage is still annoying.
I would love some tips on inserting a tampon easily. Damn things should come with grip grooves…
