Sometimes stress can cause your period to be off or even just simple weather change. Personally I would wait a couple days and retest.
You’re technology not late until 5+ days.
You might just be late.
Check with a digital test. But. 3 days late isn’t too late.
Wait until aleast 7-10 days late then test.
Usually you have to wait until you about a week late to get a for sure positive if you are pregnant
Could be stress. I was a week late once and wasn’t pregnant lol
I tested before my missed period with both of my kids and got positives. Everyone’s body is different. But I also have been late because of ovarian cysts, stress. I had my tubes tied in 2018, and missed my period by a week, had extreme back pain, decided to test and was pregnant, lost the baby a few weeks later(was also not a tubal pregnancy). So now my periods are all out of wack.
Wait another few days and take one. I also recommend that if its positive, go see your doctor and get blood work done. I did that when I was pregnant with my daughter and I did it again when I recently found out I am expecting baby #2
