I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby (I lost my second early on) and I am freaking out about every little change I feel, if I don’t feel bloated I panic, if I’m not nauseous which I have been since week 5 I panic, if I’m not sleepy I panic etc how have you guys dealt with this ?? And trying to not be so negative. I’m trying to stay happy and positive but I’m terrified
