I am pregnant with terrible pains in my side...advice?

i’m 20 weeks pregnant and i have terrible pains in my right side. i went to the doctor yesterday and she is testing me for pre eclampsia and i take my culture in tomorrow. i had it with my son and never felt pain this unbearable

if its getting worse go back to dr, it could be appendix, kidney stones, gallbladder all of which need looking into sooner rather than later
