Surprising my kids with a trip to Disney next month. My biggest fear(paranoid) is bed bugs. Has anyone incountered them on disnet world property? We are staying at Pop Century

Check the mattress pad , the mattress with a flashlight . I always do no matter where I go !

We’ve stayed at Pop century twice, last time this past March and have had zero issues! We always check but as a precaution 
Whenever i stay at any hotels I never place luggage directly on bed. I keep a trash bag for all dirty clothes and toss in the washer as soon as we get home.
We stayed at Rock stars no problems
If that’s your biggest issue and concern, then maybe you should just stay home. Like seriously get a grip that’s what happens when you sleep in public places you put yourself at risk.

You can Google how to check for them.
I leave our bags at the door and check for signs before we enter any hotel room. I see 2 comments above talking like it’s sooooo crazy to check.

I know people who have had to spend 5k to get rid of these things. I want vacations. But I don’t want to spend just as much getting rid of bedbugs when I return, so I check. Everyone should be checking.

If it is in one room, wouldn’t it be in other rooms?
