Hi mamas! I’m 36 weeks and I went for my final ultrasound today. Everything looked good they said- this is my fourth baby and I’ve been know to have larger ones. That being said this baby is measuring 9 lbs already. That’s not a shock to me but I’m concerned if they are going to try to induce me even earlier then they planned to. I’m stressing about it because I don’t see my doctor until next Wednesday and my next NST is Tuesday next week. I saw my MFM today but they don’t have control of that stuff. Any advice? Have three more weeks until being induced has me nervous

I had my ultrasound at 37 weeks because I have four kiddos too. My first was 9lbs 6oz
My second was smaller 7lbs 4 oz and then my third was 8lbs 8oz they induced me 39 weeks due to him being big. And my last at 37 weeks was measuring 8lbs 4oz almost 9lbs so they induced me at 39 weeks and he weighed 8lbs 11oz at birth.
It’s you body your baby don’t be afraid to tell the Dr no.
Honey if your not comfortable with being induced don’t let them it ur body. I had big babies except one the doctor decided that he wanted to do a C-section with my 3rd child since I had a C-section with my first. They scheduled it for Jan. 6 witch was 3 months earlier than my due date originally was. When they had done the last ultrasound which is what he was going by instead of actually looking at the ultrasound which would have showed I was carrying more water than normal. He took my baby at 28 weeks 3 months later she came out 6lbs 2oz and a 20% chance to live. I knew something was wrong by the weight. She the only little bit of lungs she had was almost full of fluid. Sad part was her pediatrician saved her life she couldn’t breathe he took her from my husband said I don’t have time for you to sign paperwork but if I don’t take her now she won’t make it. My doctor wouldn’t even come back and faces me. At my follow up he would have someone else check me. my other babies were (9lb 4oz, 8lbs 15oz, 8lbs 9oz and 11lbs 4oz). My 3rd child is 14 yrs old now and has had a very rough life but she is still here please follow your instincts and don’t let them induce you women have gone into labor for yrs with out being induced. This her she is still little and she is as tall as she will get which is like 4’9 I believe
