There are a myriad of reasons why you didn’t become pregnant. It could have just been a timing issue, all the way up to and including infertility issues. They say you should try for a year and if you’re still not pregnant, then see an infertility specialist. It sounds like you need to be more patient and keep “practicing” until it happens.
