I have been dealing with ear pain...advice?

I’ve had ear pain since Thursday. My new insurance started yesterday. Went to urgent care yesterday and got some antibiotics and some ear drops. Why am I in more pain today. Both of my ears are swollen. The doctor couldn’t see my ear drum in my left ear now my right ear is just as swollen! How long does it take to start feeling better?

Take some Benadryl it will take the swelling down.
