My boyfriend proposed to me a week ago and i am over the moon…and while i know the ring doesnt really matter…i really think it is fake when he told me it was real…and i dont personally like the style…would i be wrong to say something to him?
So I have mixed emotions about this. My main issue would be if he lied about the authenticity of the ring cause that is wrong. There are a lot of very good fakes that I wouldn’t mind because I think expensive jewelry is a waste. Also as you boyfriend he should know if you are the type that values expensive jewelry which is prob why he lied. Bad way to start things off. Have the conversation and go from there maybe he can’t afford and was embarrassed. I would definitely address it
