Is it normal for my 18 month old to still have her soft spot? It’s still quite large. We just had her 18 month appointment and it completely dawned on me to ask about it.

I was told by my kid’s pediatrician that a child can have a soft spot until the age of 4
My 19 month old still has a decent one
The smaller soft spot at the back of the head usually closes around 2-3 months. The larger soft spot at the top of the head normally closes around age 18 months.
