Yes mine does. Im currently 38 weeks

Mine always got hiccups, very normal.

All 3 of mine had hiccups all the time!

seemed like it was constant lol. And it is totally normal… their little lungs are getting ready for breathing air!

Yes my daughter got hiccups several times when I was pregnant… she’ll be 8yrs old the end of this month :green_heart:

It helps strengthen their diaphragm

I think mine kept hiccups up until he was born.

Yes, I used to say they were growing everytime they started lol

Yep. All 3 of my pregnancies babies had regular hiccups. Such a cool feeling :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Both of mine especially my daughter had hiccups all the time.

Yes, my youngest had them all the time all through my pregnancy up till 5 minutes before she was born :joy::joy:

Yea all four of mine did…

My son had them daily towards the end, several times a day.

My son got them all the time. It just means they’re diaphragm is getting stronger to breathe air once they come out!

My son had hiccups ALL the time. Seemed like from maybe begining of second trimester til the end.

I’m the 62 year old mom of 5 healthy “kids.” They all got hiccups constantly before being born.

YES! My second (and last) got hiccups twice a day at 10am and 11 pm on the dot every day almost until I had him and started around 30 weeks :joy: It was such a odd sensation but I loved it because I could see it through the skin. Cherish these little things :heart::heart:

My daughter had them all the time!

Yes. It helps their lungs and diaphragm develop and strengthen. It gets more frequent at the end of pregnancy. And once born they will get them quite a bit in the first few months too.

My daughters were like clock work. Around the same time every night.

With my first son, he constantly had hiccups during my second and third trimester. It was all the time. His favourite time to get them, was between 1am-3am in the morning :rofl:

Yes my little girl did right up untill she was born

Mine always had the hiccups around bedtime… funny thing is she still gets hiccups when she’s sleepy

Yes it means the baby is practicing breathing. It’s normal.

I spent two plus weeks hospitalized on bed rest due to my water breaking early
I was hooked up to a non stress test and I’d see the heart beat and then it would almost stop
And I was freaking out
And as soon as the doc walked in she looked at the monitor
“Aww he has the hiccups”

My husband looked at me like I was crazy
“He had the hiccups”

It’s normal
Spicy food usually does it

Baby starts to make tiny movements to practice breathing . They inhale a little amniotic fluid when doing this and the result is hiccups. Perfectly normal

I’m 27 weeks and she gets them at least once a day

My baby got hiccups everytime I ate pretty much when I was pregnant with him. Hes now a month old and since he was born at least once a day after he eats he still gets them

Seems like both of mine had them constantly up until birth. It’s a funny feeling. Lol. Totally normal.

Yes! All of mine did and then continued to have them after they were born as newborns.

My kiddo had constant hiccups when he was in my belly.

Yes, all the time xxx

Yup. He would get them when I was trying to go to sleep. It got annoying lol.

Yes it’s normal. They swallow fluid to practice breathing and sometimes they get hiccups with it. It’s fine

Yes all the time sometimes 4 times a day, from 30 weeks on til the end

My baby was with hiccups all the time in the stomach, she is now 8 and in perfect health. Dont worry, thats normal.

Yes but if it’s a lot make sure you bring it up to dr.

Mine did lol it’s normal always made me laugh

Both of my babies hiccuped All. Day. Long. Every single day. My belly was constantly jerking. It’s like they’d rest for an hour or two and then start all over again. My doctor said if they hiccup inside, they’ll have hiccups outside and it was true for both of them!

My daughter had them constantly! People could see my belly jump when she hiccupped. Lol

Yes it’s because they’re swallowing amniotic fluid and it causes hiccups. Completely normal.

Every single night at 1am :unamused::unamused::unamused:

Mine got the hiccups every day at pretty much the same time every day

Throughout both my pregnancies

Omg yes I had them so much with my son

Ummm, yeah. All the time. :woman_shrugging:

My baby did all the time.

Yes normal. I even have a child who is nicknamed hick up because he had hick ups at birth.

Mine had them right before they took me back for a csection lol

My baby used to get them all the time towards the end of my pregnancy, sometimes up to five times a day. I mentioned it to my midwife one day and she said it’s fine. He’s now 7, loves his food and still scoffs it down.

32 weeks here and he has them 2-3 times a day. It’s normal

All my kids had hiccups in my belly and sometimes would last an hour and it sucked but I heard a baby who hiccups alot is healthy
