I got my son circumcised after me and my bf talked about it for a while before he was born. We did it when he was a month old since he was a preemie so he was 38 weeks technically when he got it done. The only thing I didn’t like was they made me leave the room and my bf could stay bc they said I “couldn’t handle it”. Now I wish I would’ve taken him out of there bc my bf told me my baby screamed like he was in so much pain even though they said they “numbed” it. The gel they used takes 30 minutes to completely numb the area and they started the procedure at 10 minutes and I could hear my baby scream from the waiting room. I know my baby felt pain but I couldn’t get to him bc the door only opened from the other side
