Hey does anyone else have a bubba that only sleeps for 30 minutes each nap…4 months old now and used to sleep really well until one day just stopped. I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to help, we’re now co sleeping because it’s the only way I can get sleep so not sure whether this is just a phase. Any tips ?

Pretty normal for sleep regressions to happen. My 4.5 month old just went through a week where she only slept a half hour at a time. She’s back to normal now and sleeps til 5am most nights
Pretty normal for around this time baby will even out if you haven’t started rice or cereal in bottles I’d try that baby may not be full enough. Around 9 months baby will do this again. You got this momma. Light google searches helped me a lot.
