My first pregnancy was 10 years ago and I don’t recall this happening during that time, is it normal to be leaking clear fluid from your nipples at 22 weeks?

It can happen ,with my third baby. I leaked around 22 weeks as well and that was the only baby that happened with and I’ve had five and everything was fine.
What does the doctor say?
