Paracetamol, fluids and keep them cool baby will be fine x
Our two month old got her shots and we were not warned about swelling or redness that would soon follow. 5 hours later, she’s screaming and I’m in tears. So we called the office and the nurse advised that we put a cold pack on it and give her legs movement to circulate the blood and what not. That didn’t work much so we went with infant Tylenol and she was good by nighttime. But, I was told if she got a fever to take her to the doctors office. So. I think you wanna avoid the fever but yes, absolutely, call her doctors office in the morning and ask to speak to the nurse.
She would have had a men b vaccine for this is normal just control fever
I would be calling the Drs. Office, not asking on facebook.
How about you call the FUCKING doctor and ask them and not Facebook. I honestly don’t understand people like her
Yes. Start giving her Tylenol before the appointments from now on. it helps
Infant Tylenol doesn’t have the dose for little ones but they can have it. Google Tylenol infant dosage chart and you’ll have right dose. Usually goes by weight same thing for the infant Motrin. Google the dose chart
It’s completely normal, just keep an eye on it…I’m surprised the pediatrician didn’t let you know that
Some will run a fever for three days and those fevers can get high. It depends on the child. Give the meds thirty min before it’s time to have them. So that way it doesn’t get out the baby’s system and have to wait the twenty min to start working. It’s fine I worked in an clinic
My little guy got sick after every shot I’d give him Tylenol before his shots too
Yes very normal, same with if the child gets rosy cheeks and insessant crying. But only a few days, if fever goes longer than 48 hrs bring back in
Some suggest giving her Tylenol before the shots but recent studies have found that it’s not good to do that cause it weakens the shots & causes them to be less effective, so just keep that in mind when people tell you that. I use to do it with my daughter before her shots but the drs advised me to not do it. But yes that is normal just keep up with it and it should go down eventually Goodluck
No Tylenol with shots
