Is it possible my one year old is getting molars already? He has all of his teeth that you can visibly see when he opens his mouth, but he’s extra fussy and chewing on everything which is unusual for him. He’s about 19 months if that makes a difference. I am rotating Tylenol and Motrin, just wondering if that could be what is going on
