Is it possible to over feed a 6 month old? My daughter will eat a whole 4oz of baby food and then another 2oz of cereal/oatmeal for about each meal. Doesn’t spit up or whine once she’s done. That just seems like a lot of food to me for a 6 month old.
Are you still offering them a bottle/breast?
6 months old should only
Be getting 3-5 bites a day. Formula or breastmilk is still the main source of nutrition until a year old. Food is complimentary!

my 7 months old eats 4oz and then chicken soup blended in one meal sometimes
Most of it will come out again
Feed her till shes full. If no spit up or other tummy issues you are feeding her the perfect amount she needs.

If she’s not hurting or spitting up she’s fine. May be having a growth spurt
Feed formula or breast milk until full, food before 1 is just for fun. They should be filled with their “milk” and only then given a few bites of food for taste, not nutrition.
