What vitamins do you give your kids? My 9 year old has issues with the texture of nearly all vitamins and idk what else to do…is there a liquid form I can give him? I will try at this point
Mary Ruth‘s Organics has a multivitamin that is liquid and is for adults and kids. I’ve taken it, definitely has a vitamin taste but I can feel a difference.
