Is there a pre workout that will not give me anxiety?

Is there a pre workout that I can take that will not make me feel jittery and weird? Idk what it is but something in it gives me anxiety…help~

I don’t do pre workout for a variety of reasons ranging from anxiety to POTS. It’s honestly not necessary, make sure you eat/drink protein afterwards, that’s the necessary part.

You can always spot the people who do pre workout in the gym too, they’re the ones that are yelling and having mood swings.
