Is there anything I can take to not be so tired while pregnant?

So I am currently 7 months pregnant & I also have a 3.5 year old. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on not being SOOO tired. I currently have a Monster in my hand lol. Oh and my 3.5 year old barley takes naps anymore

Monster and red bull  but those only helped me for like an extra 2 hours before I felt tired again.

Nope. You need to take it easy and rest. And a monster? I don’t mean to be THAT person but if you mean energy drink, I wouldn’t. :grimacing: I asked my dr if I can drink them because I was addicted to them and she told me no. So I quit while I was pregnant. Buuuut if it works for you…. I’m in no place to judge

Look into your diet. Maybe try to find foods that provide more energy. I am super glad I waited until mine first kid is 11 so he can pretty much take care of himself so I could sleep all day while I was pregnant.

I feel you! :sleepy: work my 40 hours and need a nap every day, but don’t get one:sleeping: my 3.5 yr old is pretty chill, but I’m exhausted. I’m 30 weeks… try to get at least 8 hours a night, shoot for more. Fruit, water, coffee.

I’m 9 months pregnant with an almost 3 year old and a 1 year old… it’s nothing but exhaustion, the 1 year old takes naps but my 2 year old doesn’t. All I want to do is nap all day but the 2 year old requires a lot of attention. I try to keep myself busy like cleaning little things in the house or playing with them both, but it’s so hard when all I want to do is nap :sob: wish I had better advise for you but I need some for myself at this point lol

High protein coffee, depending on if you get enough protein in your diet already. Only thing that’s helped me, energy drinks aren’t good, it has tons of stuff that isn’t good for you.

I found sour candies to be very helpful.

Iron, magnesium, b-complex

I was so tired with everyone of my 4 kids. My husband just couldn’t understand why, lol.

You need a nap a few times per week

Your baby is telling you that you need rest. Please listen to your body signals.

Well, the monster drink is going to do the opposite. As well as it just not being healthy in general. I have a 3 1/2 year old and tired and not even pregnant so definitely look for foods that boost energy. lol
