Not Mom related, but has anyone taken an appetite increasing pill?? Any suggestions?? Is this even a thing lol.

We gave our patients Megace to increase their appetite.

There’s a medication called cyproheptadine (brand name is periactin).
It’s an antihistamine that can increase appetite.

When my oldest was 7-9 and hadn’t gained weight like she should they gave her a prescription antihistamine to increase appetite. You could talk to your doctor about it

Stimulants do this for me but I have ADHD

My son was given Cyproheptadine to increase his appetite because his ADHD meds completely killed what little appetite he had
