I need suggestions; we’re having a party for my sweet girl at the park on Saturday, but it’s supposed to rain and be cold. What can we do? I rented a pavilion, but I need a plan B in case it rains.

Do you have a recreation center? Maybe have the party there.
Your house or the fellowship hall at your church
Movie theater, bowling, rolling skating ring, your house 
Local council will know of halls available
Give everyone those cheap rain ponchos and carry on!
Church or community centers usually have rental rooms/space available. Also possible pizza places or indoor play places. Our local dance studio actually has rentals for parties.
Oh no have the party at your home. Just like the old days. Kids are way to spoiled now a days
