Toddler meal ideas for lunch? I can do breakfast and dinner because he eats what we eat but I don’t typically eat lunch so I’m stumped
Steamed veggies, yogurt, applesauce, some kind of protein, celery, watermelon, pickles, slices of cheese, cottage cheese ect.
Mini rice cakes, cheese sticks, apples or any fruit, applesauce, grilled cheese, soup, cut cup cucumbers and dip,English muffin pizzas, chicken nuggets.
Honestly, I usually just make a “picnic” lunch. Sandwich/spread on toast, fruit, yoghurt, something sweet. Stick it on a separated plate and on a blanket on the floor
My 2yo grandson loves chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese, I make a batch of soup every weekend…I also add carrots, celery, turnips and rutabaga which he loves.
What about a grilled cheese? Throw some ham or whatever deli meat they like in it
Meat/ cheese, fruit, raviolis, the little toddler meals
Mac & cheese, sandwiches, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, I always do simple things for lunch & add some applesauce or some fruit & call it a day girl
Hotdogs and spaghetti is my kiddos favourite
Finger foods kids love that
Chicken nuggets, fries and a fruit cup.
