My younger 2 kids drink lactose free milk and they sell pills u can give em so they can enjoy dairy products. My middle child is diagnosed as lactose intolerant, she’s 2 and we were told she could have the pills

Almond milk. Honestly after 1 year of age milk is not a necessity. They can get vitamin D and calcium from food

My son loves the Fairlife milk that is lactose free. Especially the strawberry kind.

I am also lactose intolerant, I use 1% milk and I can handle that

Almond milk, Lactaid, i found are best

lactaid any almond milk soy milk

Hemp milk… cow milk is gross :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Violife vegan cheese cheese products

Coconut milk
Pea protein (Ripple)
Oat

We use vanilla or chocolate almond milk in cereal & things that call for it. We don’t really drink milk. Look for vitamin D fortified juices.

There are lots of lactose free items.

Goats milk and goat cheese
