ER one day after child is refusing to eat or drink.
24 hrs could be normal, anything more is serious.

Need to take the baby to hospital.The baby needs test to see if she has reactions to baby formula. Also baby not eating for more than 24 hours!! P.S Change to Baby specialist!!!
My two year did this a few months ago and it ended up being strep throat but check the top of her head and look for any spots that are caved in. If so, that means she is dehydrated and needs fluids ASAP. We ended up buying pedialyte and would use a Children’s Tylenol syringe to feed it to him that way and it worked so maybe try that. If she refuses to eat or drink, pedialyte will at least keep her hydrated.
She is most def dehydrated at this point so ER stat. One of my twins didn’t eat enough and she almost died and was failure to thrive and ended up with a gtube. The drs would have let her die though and I wouldn’t give up. Drs don’t know everything

I heard of a baby like this and they had swallowed magnets. I would seek a second opinion ASAP.
Use your brain stop posting on the internet and take your child to a hospital . Seriously why is this even a fricken question
I do not have a medical degree but it sounds like u need to see ANOTHER DOCTOR FAST!!
You need a second opinion take your baby to the er if they are not eating for more then 24hrs
They dehydrate and their internal organs get damaged if it goes on for days
Sounds to me like it could be that the baby might have thrash and it hurts to eat
Get into another dr or er this is a very serious matter.
The baby absolutely must be drinking formula. It is not okay that she miss a few days. Especially if it is reoccurring. Her body and brain wont get what it needs to thrive. The baby needs formula everyday day multiple times a day at the very minimum. Change your formula and get a second medical opinion asap

New doctor. I was bedridden for 7 days and still urinated. That doesn’t mean anything if diapers are wet. It is fluids from your baby’s body. This needs to have a solution by current doctor or a new one. ER might help too. Very dangerous for a babe so young. I lost 20 lbs while bedridden!! Think what could happen with a little one. Please second opinion if your current doctor isn’t giving you answers.
My pediatrician told me that it is perfectly normal that this happens. If the baby is healthy and progressing normally. No healthy child will starve themselves-----they will eat when they are ready . That was over 30 years ago and my son is a healthy 220lb 6 foot tall man. Just make sure he doesn’t get dehydrated
Different doctor. There is something very wrong with an infant that young not eating.
trust your gut … ER… the doctor is ignorant its not 24 hours or less… this is days… and change her doctor

If you’re talking about actual.food then it doesn’t matter at that age, but if you’re talking about milk/formula then that is very serious
