I got Friday to Tuesday sleeping at night in my bed. Since then the toddler is slowly flipping her schedule again. Since 8 months old she does this every once in a while and I can never get her to stick to sleep at night and play during the day! I don’t know what to do anymore except make a lot of coffee after dinner and go with it.
Routine and schedules are best. Stay consistent and wear your child out during the day. Hang in there Momma, you got this!
If she can’t get our of her crip: Turn light on in her room and put her favorite toys in bed and give her a bottle if she still takes OLeave them there and they will eventually go back to sleep. If they cry ignore them. They will soon understand you are not going to rescue her and go to sleep. This may take more than one night but it will work
