My birth certificate is blank. I’m 40 years old. My mom told my the story why. It does not bother me. Just leave it blank is the best way.

Leave it as it is, one thing I wished I did with my oldest was allow her to make that decision for herself when she was older if she wanted the man in her life at the time to adopt her. I won’t go into that whole story but I would definitely suggest waiting until your child is much older and your child and husband can make that decision together
Your husband isn’t the birth father and doesn’t belong on the birth certificate. You will have to do a legal adoption thru the courts.
Your current s/o will have to adopt in order to be placed on the b.c.
You have to through the legal process.
