My daughter is 2 1/2 and she’s potty trained at home, but we’re scared to try public. What does that look like in the beginning? How many accidents did your LO have in public after being good in the house? Or did they at all?

I started with using small public restrooms. Ones that look like home. Then worked our way up from there. It does limit the outings at first, but the barriers need to start slow.

Public potty’s tend to be very loud and bright hopefully it will pass
My son is the same way. I just put a pull up on him and he will go in a public restroom when he is ready
