My does my breastfed baby do this?

Why does my 1 year old insist on putting his fingers in my mouth when he’s breastfeeding?

I read an article one time that said it’s like basically his way of giving something to you since you’re giving him his food. Who knows if it’s true, like showing you affection and empathy (love) type of thing 🫶🏼
