Wow, he has no right to sell your Sisters car. Did he keep the money?

If you’re next of kin it’s your $$$.

He had no right to do that. You need a lawyer and I wouldnt marry anyone who would do such a thing. Super illegal.

Get him for fraud and leave he bastard

Did you benefit from the sale??

It shouldn’t have been him selling it or doing anything with it. It was your sisters.

Where’s the money? That was so wrong of him. I wouldn’t marry or have a relationship with someone like that.

How did he sell it if it’s not in his name

Oh Hell No! Not his place!! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

i didn’t see a single correct question. what kind of car is his brother and what kind
of car is her sisters

He had no business sticking his nose into it don’t trust him and darn sure don’t marry him this would be what your life would be he’s too controlling and lies to you we don’t need that in your life you cannot trust him thank goodness you found out before you married him

I would of been highly pissed at him especially if you had sentimental feelings about it. He had no right to do THAT! I’m sorry

He has/had no right to sell the car… was it in his name? Was it still in her name? He’d be out the door if he was my man… Sarah Diveley

I would go off and I wouldn’t b with him anymore

That should have been up to you. Not him. If it wasn’t in his name he sold it illegally. Look into that. If your parents are still alive what do they think about it.? He starts stuff like this now, you better say goodbye. He’s already trying to control you.

heck noooooo i get it back tell people he stole it

That car wasn’t his to sell. It was yours to sell IF you wanted to sell it. Where’s the money from the sale? Not in your pocket? I’d of done lost my shit…… that’s a thief, not a fiancé.

How’d he sell a car that’s not in his name?.. it wasn’t he right and I’d be highly pissed

I don’t think that’s legal

So he committed fraud? He could not legally sell that car.

He can’t sell something that is not his. That is illegal. You Need to go report it stolen.

I get paid over $ 145 per hour w0rking from home. I never thought l’d be able to do it but my colleague makes over $ 20371 a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The possibility with this is limitless.

Ummm, hell no. He sold her car, he shouldn’t have… it wasn’t his to sale in the first place, then he tells you to lie about it. Something ain’t right about him, I’d get the hell out of that relationship fast, before he starts selling your things when you ain’t around.

First of all, how did he sell it without the title? If he had the title, did he forge the signature? Either way, it wasn’t his to sell. What he did was not legal and disrespectful. If he can’t respect you and your wishes now, before you are married, then he will have no problem disrespecting you in the future. That is not the way you are going to want to live.

Time to sue him for the money and get rid of him, it was not his property to sell.

How did he sell it if it wasnt in his name? If he’s willing to lie about a car what else is he willing to lie about. Id sell his brothers car and keep every cent from it.

I feel like there is a lot of context missing from this post.

My biggest question is how did he have the right to sell the car? When someone passes, their assets typically go to the next of kin. I couldn’t imagine your sister naming your fiancé as her next of kin. If she named you or another family member as next of kin, that would mean that you or that family member had to sign off on the title for the sale. Unless he sold it to like a junk/scrap yard where a title isn’t needed.

For someone to sell YOUR sister’s car is not only theft of property, but by asking you to lie about it, should be a signal to sue her for the theft of property that wasn’t hers to sell, and the money she sold it for, before dumping her as your fiancé!

That’s pretty harsh and selfish. I’d leave :v:.

your fiance had no right to do what he did regardless of the reason and he owes you the money.

You need legal advice.

And you’re still with him?! Girl you can do better, he ain’t shit after doing that…smh sue his ass, get your money and FIND A BETTER MAN!

Had no business touching that car unless it was left to him which I doubt. So if it wasn’t he stole it plain & simple. He then owes you what he was paid for it. Legal advise & a Bye, Bye.

I think that was very uncaring of him. And not his place.

He’ll have to put the money in the estate

Idk how that’s possible unless the title was in his name somehow.

Leave his ass apparently he don’t care bout your feelings

That’s theft. I’d report it stolen to the police.

Wasn t his decision to mske. Kust my opinion.

Not your car, not your business. Leave your feelings outta unnecessary bs

Sounds like an asshole to me. He had no right to sell a car that did NOT belong to him. Demand the money he got for YOUR sisters car!!!

sell the brothers car and call it even lol

As it was part of her estate it needed to cede to how her will directed. As you aren’t married yet by law it wasn’t his to sell so therefore it’s theft. This might be a wake up call?

Unless the car was in his name or given to him in the Will, that’s theft.

I can’t forget how Dr Gabriel helped me restore my marriage after 4 months of separating from my husband because of a fight and he left and never came back to me, I did a lot to get him back but nothing worked until I saw a comment online when someone was testifying about how Dr Gabriel helped her get her husband back and that is how I contacted him through his WhatsApp and after writing my problem he assured me that he will help me get my husband back. in 12 hours after casting the love spell, and after he did the spell, my husband came back home and begged that he was so sorry he left me, today I am back with my husband and both of us are happy and living together again. I know that there are many people who want to get their love back or whatever problem you have, contact Dr. Gabriel because he is the perfect answer to your problem. contact him :l
